Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind

My first experience using Dr. Steven Greer's CE-5 method for ET contact.

I have always had a fascination with UFOs and ETs. I believe we all have the intuitive knowing that we are just a small drop on the surface of the cosmic ocean of consciousness. When you begin to explore the depths of this ocean, you encounter phenomena that defies your five sensory experiences. You begin to realize that there are multidimensional, highly intelligent beings all around us.

Unfortunately, governments have spent the past century working to manipulate the population on what UFOs are. They’re aware we are directly capable of contacting extra terrestrials by opening ourselves to the higher consciousness that they reside in, making it imperative for them hide the truth of who we are in order to keep the masses in conformity. Through various psychological operations such as staged abductions and Hollywood programming, we have been conditioned to fear these encounters and think ETs are here to harm us. The reality could not be further from the truth.

I’ve had numerous encounters with ETs over these past few years and can say from my experience that our fears are unwarranted. These beings reside in higher dimensions and have our best interest in mind. Not only are they all around us, but they are willing to assist us if we open our hearts to their guidance. Just based on the laws of free will, they won’t intervene in anything unless we ask them to.

But why would they want to assist us? This is a question I could never find a logical answer to, until I had my first ET experience. They are willing to help us because they recognize who we are. They are us, just as we are them. They recognize our place in the cosmic ocean of infinite awareness. All of our actions have a ripple effect on the totality of the universe, making them deeply interested in humanity’s affairs.

I was made aware this past week of Dr. Steven Greer and his CE5 method for ET contact. Funny enough, I had already used a very similar intuitive process to initiate a connection with these higher beings.

STEP 1: LOCATE AN APPROPRIATE SPOT FOR YOUR CE-5: Find a quiet spot outdoors or in your home. If outdoors, choose a spot that is remote, preferably away from city lights and with a full view of the night sky. CE-5 can be done during the day or at night. If indoors; after your protocols, walk outside and look up into the sky if you feel called. Sometimes, after a CE-5, you will see nothing in the sky, however instead, have an ET themed vivid dream or other experiences that are ethearal or spiritual in nature.

STEP 2: PREPARE FOR MEDITATION: Preparations for your meditation can include breathing exercises, plant medicines, playing music, singing bowls, chanting, playing a prerecorded meditation, and other techniques. At this point, state intentions for what you would like to open up to in this experience. (Example: I would like to open my heart to experience our shared cosmic connection) Most nonhuman Beings are telepathic in nature. They will be able to feel your intentions, so staying heart centered is the key to this process

STEP 3: MEDITATION, STATE INTENTIONS: Start your meditation. Take as much time as needed to open your heart to the cosmos. Let go of the worries of the day and focus on a solo target; the energy of your heart chakra or 3rd eye. Use appropriate instrumental music if it helps you to go into a deeper meditation. Allow the mood to be peaceful, upbeat, and filled with love. Personalize your meditation experience and include anything that will help enhance those attributes.

STEP 4: FOCUS ON YOUR HEART CENTER. MENTALLY PROJECT YOUR PEACEFUL INTENTIONS AND INVITATION OUT INTO THE COSMOS: After your meditation, focus on the heart center. Project your intentions with friendship and love (such as asking the ETs to join you, or meet you half way in an effort to help heal the planet, humanity, or to help with spiritual self-development, understanding, universal peace, or even confirmation that they truly exist.) Be open to the experience and what the ETs are here to show you. They can manifest in a variety of different forms.

STEP 5: SCAN THE SKIES FOR ET CRAFTS OR VISUAL PHENOMENA. BE OPEN TO POSSIBLE TELPATHIC COMMUNICATION: or any other ET or nonhuman contact phenomena you may experience, even hours after your CE-5, or the next day. Repeat any of the above steps if you wish.

STEP 6: DEBRIEF, WRITE DOWN, OR JOURNAL YOUR EXPERIENCES: Integrate your experience, whether with the group or individually if by yourself, preferably at the conclusion of the experience. This is a time of sharing. Oftentimes, when working with a group, you will find during your debriefing, that group members had unusual synchronicities or linked experiences, before, during, or after. The combined individual experiences between group members are like puzzle pieces… every person in the group is an important piece to the puzzle of the overall experience, bringing clarity and understanding to your human initiated contact experiences (HICE).

Last night, I gave this method a try for the first time and had a profound experience, witnessing at least 5-6 different crafts and even using my tarot to ask one in particular different questions. The answers I received blew me away and can’t even be described in just this one article. I was left with a knowing that they are always here to support us, a concept I had understood intellectually, but never something I had been given through this type of spiritual unity.

I won’t lie. Even with attempting Dr. Greer’s system for the first time, I had a bit of skepticism. I didn’t place an expectation on it, simply an intention to align my heart with cosmic consciousness. If I clung too hard to how the experience “should be,” I would have missed the reality of what was actually present.

For anybody interested in contact, give the CE5 method a try. ETs are open to contact with all of us and want to see humanity ascend. Even if you’re a skeptic, you might just be surprised by what you find in the sky.
