New podcast episode: Learning to Let Go
It’s okay to be sad about things not working out.
It’s okay to be angry about the way they treated you.
It’s okay to have moments where you wished you could get back what once was.
Just don’t let your pain make you bitter, or go into life looking to avenge your losses.
What’s meant for you can never truly leave you.
There’s no shame in continuing to carry the happy memories, the beauty that transcended time.
There’s also no reason to hide away the scars, as they represent the reason it fell apart.
Holding on to the light without acknowledging the dark will lead you back into the trap of attracting your own shadow.
Love and wisdom can exist simultaneously, but only when you don’t lose yourself to either.
But even still, there will be a time and place that requires you to dive headfirst into the depths of love and risk getting lost.
You’ll have to risk your heart again being broken in order to express the highest peaks of intimacy.
It takes courage, a willingness to put oneself out there, to have faith this is all working in your highest favor.
You were the person they didn’t want.
It’s now time to realize your potential and become the person they can never have.
The deepest lessons start with unlearning and detaching from the parts about yourself that aren’t true.
You will have to painfully pull out the roots of identity you’ve become accustomed to holding on to.
Real growth is in letting go and giving space to remember who you are.
The more you have inside clouding your mind and blocking your heart, the more difficult it is to understand your true nature.
Don’t be afraid to start doing the things that bring your day small sparks of joy.
The happiest endings comes from moving on.
With your head held high, you can trust this is only the beginning for a beauty that’s still to come.
